depicts the panorama of Kargopol on the banks of the river Onega. At the top is placed the emblem of the city. On the yellow ring at the top circumference has a recessed inscription "ДРЕВНИЕ ГОРОДА РОССИИ" the bottom convex inscription "КАРГОПОЛЬ"between the two triangular cutouts.
