On the yellow ring at the top circumference has a recessed inscription "ДРЕВНИЕ ГОРОДА РОССИИ" the bottom convex inscription "БОРОВСК"between the two triangular cutouts.

Borovsk is located in the North of the Kaluga region, 100 km from Moscow. The history of the city dates back at least to the XI century. The building is picturesquely situated on the steep hills amidst thick forests. Attracts the attention of a large number of restored churches, and St. Paphnutius Borovsk monastery, considered one of the pilgrimage centers. Also interesting are the many murals on residential buildings, made by a local artist.
