depicts the Dmitrov Kremlin with earthen ramparts and Cathedral of the assumption. At the top is placed the coat of arms of Dmitrov. On the yellow ring at the top circumference has a recessed inscription "ДРЕВНИЕ ГОРОДА РОССИИ" the bottom convex inscription "ДМИТРОВ"between the two triangular cutouts.
