Coin of this type was produced in the years 1757-1759 without any marks of the mint. On some coins the circumference of the front and back sides are partially or fully present in Kant, with inward-facing teeth, depending on the location of the stamp relative to the center.
The obverse of the coin shows the monogram of Elizabeth I, represents the Union of the letters "Е"(Elizabeth) and Latin "P"(Petrovna), repeated in mirror image. Upstairs the Imperial crown. The sides of the year, is divided into two parts - "17" and "58". Image is surrounded by two branches connected at the bottom with a bow.
The reverse of the coin depicts George on horseback spearing a snake-like dragon with wings. In a semicircle at the bottom is a ribbon with a nominal value of "ПОЛУШКА"(the edges of the ribbon to form curls).
