The coins had a fixed value, their weight was equal to the European ducats. Double coins with the image of St. Andrew and the portrait of Elizabeth I was produced in 1749 and 1751. The circumference of the front and back sides, a rim consisting of teeth (may be partially or completely absent).
On the obverse is a portrait of Elizabeth I, in profile, face to the right. In a circle the inscription - "Б•М•ЕЛИСАВЕТЪ•I•IМП•IСАМОД:ВСЕРОС•"(stands for "the grace of God Elizabeth I Empress and autocrat of all Russias").
On the reverse in full growth depicts the Apostle Andrew with an outstretched right hand. On the sides the year of issue "17 51". Beneath the base, on which stands a Saint, no date.
